Forensics Science

This term we have been working on Forensics Science and We have been doing activity's on that.  Last week we made hand prints made from plaster. We had lots of fun doing it and we learnt new things to.Forensics is what police use to find out who committed a crime. They can do this by, Fingerprints, Footprints, Fibre Analysis, Ink Testing, DNA.

There is something called the Locard Exchange principle. And his message was::  Every contact leaves a trace.

This Is a summery of my book!

In my story so far there have been quite a few events so i will tell
you a few of them. The book is Tom gates: YES! No. maybe…
by liz pichon. In the story so far Tom has been ok but his sister delia
has been stealing stuff off him. And at his school there has been a
bug going around and lots of people and one day the teacher had to
leave because he was sick aswell so the had to get the headmaster to
teach the class and for Tom it was surprising, it was fun.they also
have to do a business day at school and tom was in a group but he
was changed to a group with some of the weirder people in his class
because he wasn't listening. Tom has also been drawing some
pictures while in class and he has been making peoples names
into monsters. I think this is a great book and you should read it too!'

For this task I had to research something about my book that i didn't know. this is what i found out.

Liz Pichon Was born in London In 1963 and the tom gates series started being produced in 2014 and the book was called The brilliant wold of tom gates.

This is a link to a video we had to watch and we had to write a response about it.

I understood what the video meant and its good to use your real name once and a while, but it will always be there where ever you go. your real name holds memories so never change it. If you have a name that people cant pronounce then don't change it.  because if people can learn to say Donatello and Michelangelo then they can learn to say you name. so no matter what don't change your name.

In our group we have William, Aiden ( which is me) and Isabella and our Group name is called NCS, we thought and thought but we couldn't think of a name, until Isabella said NCS and we new that that was a great name so we chose it.

What's going well is the team work.
