EOTC Review

For this writing task we have to write about answer questions that we were given reviewing our EOTC week activity's.  Here are some of the questions we were given and here are my responses.

1.   One word to describe how you felt before EOTC, and why?

I felt excited because I really wanted to do different things/activity's that I wouldn't usually do. I was also excited to be doing these activity's with people I wouldn't really get to work with everyday or on a regular basis.

2.   One word to describe how you felt after EOTC and why?
I felt relieved because I did so many things I have never done and before I had done them I was very afraid but now looking back at them I wouldn't regret doing any of them activity's ever.

3.   What activity did you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed Adrenaline Forrest because I achieved so much while I was there and it is a really good way to help with my fear of heights . I also enjoyed floating down the Omaka Scout Camp river in a inflatable ring because it was really peaceful and calming.

4.   What is something you did not enjoy?
I didn't enjoy getting bitten by mosquitoes while we were doing archery and I also didn't enjoy smelling like smoke after we had done the fire building activity.

5. Over all what was your best memory?
My best memory would have been accomplishing more at Adrenalin Forrest then I had done last time and also doing the archery and slackening because they are things I have never done before.

What im most excited for, for eotc week

In a few weeks, all of the year 8 at my school are going to do something called EOTC (Education outside the classroom week) I've really liked EOTC in the past when I was at primary. EOTC is a week where you go off school grounds and go to places and learn skills and different things about that activity.

Questions:
What are you hoping to experience?

I am hoping to experience fear, joy, excitement because these emotions are what get Adrenalin pumping so then I might enjoy the tasks a little more.

Is there anything you are nervous for?

I am nervous for Adrenalin Forrest visit because I've done it before and I keep getting stuck and really scared because I have a fear of heights.

What do you think you will enjoy most?

I think I will enjoy the water activity the most because I love swimming and I really want to learn how to do some of the activity's.
