P.E Call Information

SO in today's p.e call we talked about and went through this website that has these workout tips and some circuits made already.  we learnt about some of the most important aspect that we need for the given sport and /or activity we do. so for me (football) You need leg strength, endurance, reaction, speed, are the main ones.

  1. Good start Aiden. Can you please complete your circuit daily and write a quick reflection of how you felt at the end. Too hard/easy. What changes could I implement for next time.
