How does Roland unsettle Connor? P206-207
I think Roland unsettles Connor by all of the knowledge he has about the place already even though they haven't been there that long. I think Connor starts believing what Roland says because so many of the things line up.

P222-226 give us an insight into how the Unwinding Bill was passed into law. Summarise what happened, then explain whether or not you think it is plausible.
In the heartland war, there were three sides, the Life Army, the Choice brigade and the remains of the American military, the Admiral was on the military's side. The whole heartland war began because of an argument which had then turned into a war. One side was Going againsed abortion and murdering abortion doctors to get their point across and the other side was getting pregnant and selling fetal tissue. The military proposed the idea of "Unwinding" and both sides agreed.
The Admiral was there when the Bill of Life was signed - do you think this detracts from the believability of the commonplace nature of Unwinding? In your opinion, do you think the book should have a few more generations between those who signed the Bill, and the present state in the novel?
I think it kind of works having it as a single generation before hand because it helps tie in the fact that not many people know what happens inside of a harvest camp and they only signed it because it sounded right and it would also stop the fights.

I think he has done this so then we can see the story from a P.O.V of someone that isn't really a main character. By doing this we get more information about the story of things that Roland has dome without us knowing. All of the things he has done was to help get everyone in the Graveyard onto his side just in case something went wrong and he need people to back him up and make him look more powerful .
