What is bone made of?

Aim  To investigate the effect of acid on bone.

Method

1. Got the bones, Acid, Water and Cola
2. Got containers for the bones and the liquids
3. Cleaned off the bones
4. Placed them in the Containers and then filled them with the liquid that we were testing with
5. Closed containers and waited two weeks for the liquids to take effect
6. Two weeks later, We got the containers and a scale to test how much the weight had changed. Then we weighed and listed them on a chart.

Conclusion

Acid had eaten away at the bone and it made it bendy.

Cola Coloured the bone black

And the water made the bone really smelly.
