It was my first time here and it was scary. There were a lot of my friends, talking about how far through the course they were going to get and then there was just me, walking in a group to the place, all full of doubt and fear. I didn't know if I could do it. My friends all bouncing around with all the adrenaline going through their veins and all there excitement was unbelievable. How could they do it. We were going through the safety check and I was standing there thinking to myself, " Can I really do this?" " i'm not sure if I can." This is hands down one of the most scariest things in my life. My friends all went to level one of the course and I followed them just a little further behind. I was happy to see that my mum was there to support me and give me the the confidence I needed to do this course. This was a challenge alright.
Have you ever experienced a time where you have felt challenged to do something and been pushed outside your comfort zone?
Well done on another EOTC Week blog activity, Aiden. You are using your time well in class and really whizzing through the task board.
ReplyDeleteI like the way you made reference to the examples that were provided to you and I can see that they influenced the way you did your writing piece.
I wonder if a bit of self editing would have helped make your post even better? I see a few small punctuation and spelling errors that I know you would be able to catch!
